Terms of Use for Content Factory

Welcome to Content Factory, a Facebook application developed by Contento FZCO, referred to herein as “we,” “us,” or “our.” By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Content Factory.

1. Use of the Application

  • Content Factory is a page analytics application for Facebook Pages.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Content Factory.
  • Your use of Content Factory must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as Facebook’s Terms of Service.

2. User Content

  • You retain all rights to the content you post through Content Factory, but you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content that you post on or in connection with Content Factory.
  • You are responsible for the content you contribute, and you must not post any content that infringes on the rights of others or is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using Content Factory, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Content Factory and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Contento FZCO and its licensors.

5. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your access to Content Factory immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall Contento FZCO, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use Content Factory.

7. Changes

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
